All equipment rentals are subject to a signed Rental Agreement, which includes specific terms regarding rates, duration, deposits, delivery, fuel, and liability.

Customers are responsible for equipment from the time of delivery until it is returned and inspected.

3. Payments & Fees
Rental fees, deposits, and any additional charges (such as delivery, pickup, or fuel) must be paid as outlined in your Rental Agreement.
Late returns may incur additional daily charges.
Equipment must be returned with a full fuel tank. Otherwise, a refueling fee will apply.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made within 48 of scheduled delivery for a full refund.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the terms of your Rental Agreement.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original form of payment.

5. Liability & Responsibilities
Customers assume full responsibility for equipment while in their possession.
Customers are liable for loss, theft, or damage to rented equipment, regardless of cause.
SJS Equipment Rentals LLC is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or delays arising from the use of rented equipment.
Customers must have the necessary skills, licenses, and/or certifications to operate rented equipment safely.

6. Insurance
Customers are responsible for providing proof of insurance coverage, if required.
SJS Equipment Rentals LLC may require additional insurance or deposits depending on the rental.

7. Intellectual Property
